Vendors interested in participating in our event should register using below form.
Once we confirm you are the only vendor from your company,
we will send you a formal contract and payment instructions.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
All vendors must pay for their spot and return their signed vendor agreement within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of email receipt.
If we do not receive payment within 5 BUSINESS DAYS then your spot will be forfeited and released to the next vendor.

Participation in this event is for fundraising purposes. As such please read our policy regarding refunds below.
All proceeds provide financial assistance to pediatric cancer families and will fund pediatric cancer research.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Termination of this agreement by the undersigned Vendor results in the host retaining 100% of the vendor’s payment. There will be No refunds.
- Please be advised that unless the venue (The Fiesta) closes and cancels our event due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued as this is a charity event.
- If other unforeseen circumstances arise that require the Host, Benjamin’s Hope for the Future, to cancel this event, vendor fees will be refunded to the vendor.
We are not accepting registration from the following companies as these spots have been booked.
